AJ 4X4 provides engine-bay service work for Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles. The exact scope, parts, fluids, current price and VAT treatment depend on the model and engine specification and are confirmed in writing before work begins.

MOT testing is not included free of charge. An MOT can be arranged separately where required and agreed.

Our comprehensive engine bay service includes thorough checks and maintenance of the following key components:

• Engine Oil and Filter Change: Where included in the agreed scope, oil and filters are selected to match the vehicle specification.
• Coolant System Check: We inspect coolant condition, level, visible leaks and associated hoses. A coolant replacement or system flush is not automatically included and will only be carried out if separately quoted and authorised.
• Air Filter Check or Replacement: The air filter is checked and replaced where required by the agreed service scope.
• Fuel System Inspection: Where relevant to the agreed service, visible fuel-system components are checked for condition and signs that further diagnosis may be needed.
• Belts and Hoses: Visible belts and hoses are checked for wear, cracking, leaks and other deterioration.
• Battery and Charging-System Check: Battery and charging-system observations are recorded where included in the agreed scope.
• Fluid Level and Condition Checks: Relevant fluid levels and condition are checked. Any leak, contamination, incorrect level or required top-up is reported, and the correct specification and work are agreed before action.
