The workshop reviews the registration, service requested and symptoms before confirming an appointment. Some faults require an initial diagnostic booking, while servicing and maintenance work may need model-specific parts or fluids ordered in advance.
Your request is not treated as a confirmed appointment until AJ 4X4 has contacted you. This prevents vehicles being booked into the wrong type of workshop slot and gives the team an opportunity to ask for photographs, warning messages or previous repair information where useful.
Please include the mileage, warning lights, noises, fluid leaks, recent repairs and whether the vehicle can still be driven. For transmission concerns, describe when the symptom occurs, such as when cold, under acceleration, during gear changes or at motorway speed.
AJ 4X4 works on Land Rover, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery models from its Liphook workshop. The correct repair or service route depends on the vehicle specification and inspection findings.
